I really don't have much regarding the subject headings. It's not like I can think of a unique and original title for every post I make on this thing! Anyway, right now Frodo is running around my room with his toy in his mouth and frequently prodding me in the back with it to get my attention

Welcome to my world! I think you should join Fort Sanders. For one thing, we could go together (when you aren'y busy working out with someone who can actually SPOT you...), and for another, they are the BEST healthclub. They are conveniently located between your work and my house, so we could go often. I think you look fine... "HOTT" if you will. ;) But I understand the desire to be healthy... which is why i did my Yoga tape today. ;) I wish I had the time for Kempo right now, but since my work schedule is so volatile and my finances need some repairing, I will have to wait on that one. What do you say??
