Made another batch of Garibaldi biscuits today. This involves some egg white for the glaze, leaving me with a surplus-to-requirements egg yolk ( Read more... )

Never heard of the biscuits. Will have to look up.

Egg whites make me think of macarons which I'll have to try to make again one day.

Fast learner indeed. It's nice to have someone to take care of extra yolks or whites depending on the recipe. I should make egg white omelets with the whites in the future. To date, I've been tossing them down the drain.

Thank you. I'm a cup and tbsp/tsp, kind of measuring person so Brit/metric recipes are always a chore cause I have to convert. :)

Seems simple enough.
