Have you ever watched "My Cat from Hell"? I saw an episode a couple of weeks ago that dealt with two cats that didn't get along.

One big piece of advice was to make sure the cat who gets picked on has a safe place to retreat. Can you reserve one room where only Ash goes, or only Keesto? Also, make sure that neither one of them can back the other into a corner or another place where they can't escape.

Another piece of advice was called, "Eat, play, love." This is: get the cats to play at the same time. One human plays with one cat, the other human plays with the other cat. Get the two cats to eat at the same time. Give each cat love at the same time; again, one human pets Keesto, and the other pets Ash.
