And also, kind of coming on for rain. Merde.I did get stuff done today - I cleaned the tannin of all my teaspoon with baking soda and water (whoah, some of them qualified for Prufrock duty), and did some darning (even if it takes ages, that sock's a merino-possum fur marvel that I'm not letting go of easy).  Mostly I holed up on the couch feeling

In between your spluttering (from the hayfever and Dumas :-) ), thank you for taking the time to shine a light on things I would never otherwise have heard of.

I think I'll have a crack at Adijan and her Genie. I've always been a sucker for stories in that particular setting, and the various twists that have been put on the standard story make it interesting indeed.
