Not me personally - we have a manager and staff at each of the 3 coffee shops to do that - although I may indeed help out occasionally if things are frantic.

My job is PA/Development Manager - developing systems and the business generally and helping to "grow" it, as part of a small management team.

I have already had some great sales/marketing ideas that I can't wait to share with my new colleagues.

I am very excited to be doing such a cool job.
