Yes, I agree with you both 100% and Dan is also inclined to agree. He loves his piano and has been feeling a bit reticent about he and his father moving it between them. Verna also pointed out the same thing to him on Sunday. I think it got him thinking . . .

Thank you for your thoughts, Raks - hopefully my house WILL rent soon. Normally, there should be a fresh batch of potential doctor tenants as the hospital takes Registrars on a 6 month rota, but my tenant left it so late giving notice that I may have missed the boat . . .

. . . however, fingers crossed there will be another one soon enough! :-D
