On Friday I had my first golf lesson.Dan took me to the Pitch 'n' Putt at Gunnersbury Park and I did rather well if I say so myself. I have learned how to tee-off (first go, too!), drive and putt. Over the next couple of days I finally roll out my new brochure. In future, shops and the general public will be able to browse and fill out an order form - complete with a trade or retail price list.

It's a very exciting development in my little arts and crafts business.

So, Dee is our new housemate. She's a friend of Di's, they work together, and she's really nice. She's taken up Stephen's space following his departure at the beginning of June.

At the weekend Dan and I were in Norfolk, East Anglia. I drove us there on a very hot Friday afternoon and we arrived at Burnham Deepdale at around 7.10pm after a very hot and dusty 6 hours in a car!
