So all of a sudden while trying to catch up on lesson plans last night I had this deep pressure on me. I think the stress is starting to get to me! It's just frustrating when I hear Angela talk about how she only has to solo teach for 4 weeks, only write a 5 lesson unit plan and has HALF the amount of stuff I have to do! Hmmmm...I hate to say it but I've been solo teaching for awhile now. And my Unit only has two or three real lessons in it. Granted, those lessons take about 3-4 days each. But still. It is pretty hard to come up with 10 actual lessons when they each take about 3-4 days to teach them all. Oh well.

Don't worry 'bout it Kathy. You stress too much. Just let things be...what will happen will happen. Take a deep breath and let life just exist. Things will start falling into place. You'll see.

I know that I probably stress too much. I should just let things happen. In many cases I do that, but in this case i have a hard time NOT stressing because this whole student teaching thing is the finale of my education. If I just sat by and waited for them to fall into place, then I stress about what if they don't! If they don't fall into place then that means I FAIL student teaching and the last 4 years of my life was a waste. I just hate how this one quarter can determine the rest of my career life. That's why i'm stressing more about this stuff. But I did take a breather tonight and just went to Salt and hung out with some friends I haven't seen yet all year so it was good. Thanks for the words of wisdom though. I really do value what you have to say more than you probably think. So thank you Parker! :)
