ETA: She is doing a little better for now. Still very sick, but not quite as bad as the doctor made it seem earlier

oh caty, this is such sad news. i'm so very sorry. i am glad to hear she is doing a bit better, and really hope that continues. it's a heartbreaking situation and i hope you and your mum are holding up as well as can be expected. thinking of you all. xxx
