[There's some buzzing and background sounds before a voice is heard. It's polite, but rather calm. He's trying to keep his nerves in check.]

I know this isn't Latveria, at least I don't think it is. [The voice becomes a lot quieter, as he talks away from the communicator.] How could I have messed up? Did she...? [Some more muttering, but it can't ( Read more... )

...I do not know.. and I am not sure what you mean by mutants, but the only things hunted here are the creatures that are known to attack people on the streets.

Ahhh, I have never heard such a phrase used for those types of people before. There are plenty of them here, however.

Do keep in mind, though, that there is currently a chip suppressing any abilities. Those can be removed by doctors within the city.
