I think the best advice I was given was that it's perfectly okay to feel however you want about it. If that means happy, accepting, that's fine. Angry, hurt, that's fine too. Confused? Sad? Guilty? All fine. It's grief, and you'll feel every range of every emotion and that's all okay. Just remember to look after yourself.
