So things with my SD therapy are winding down. I am going to therapy about once a week now, and as per usual with any exercise am hit and miss. Though with taking the pills I am a bit better but that has never been a strong suit in my life either. They are mostly supplements, glucosamine/condroiten/msm, Herbal greens and Fish oils all for

Sounds like we are on some of the same supplements.
I know what you mean about trying to classify the pain levels.
Back in March it took me and my Doctor a week and a half to figure out the reason that my left foot was sore and not responding to medication was because it was broken.

One of the things that I have found with it, is that sometimes my brain will obsess on a certain thing. Tapping my forehead three times, or even saying tap tap tap in my head while I am driving will actually help me get off the thought.
I am so not a meditator, and this gives me the ability to access the things that I need to in about 7-16 minutes a day. Unless I am really trying to chase something down... then is me a quite room a journal and alot of water and tapping.
And thank you, between the decompresson and this I am feeling pretty good.
