Freezers

D teases me that I freeze EVERYTHING. I don't, just to get that cleared up. But going through the freezer I came across some pork that was just over a year old (dated: 5/20/09). It was a little freezer burned, ok maybe a lot. Having never cooked freezer burned meat I decided to give it a try

Actually, she does freeze everything. I'll try to remember to post the findings when we clean out the freezer for our move.
