Best AIM client?

haha I think I've been using meebo long enough.

I've used gaim for a while before that but eh. Anything you'd recommend over that for primarily using AIM?

(this is Tina) Pidgin, the new version of Gaim, has the advantage (as the old one did, but never mind) of Jabber support, and as Jabber is the protocol used by Google Talk, you can configure Pidgin to use Gmail chat. So, I use that. It's pretty neat.

Gaim is no more, it's been updated to a new thing called "Pidgin," which is better than Gaim ever was.

Regular AIM is fucking garbage. Absolute fucking trash.

Either DeadAIM with 5.2 or something like Josh said, or use pidgin.
