(SF) GDYB Series 70: IC Effect! (PG 13)

thanks for commenting and reading my fics. this fic was first post in gdyb_lover on the gdyb day. actually i've been writing a long fic for the day but i can't finish it on time ^^';;; however, i'll finish it by this weekend and let's see if you like it ^^
IC Effect!
After listening to the song Jiyong prepared for the Infinity Challenge, Youngbae whose famous personality was ‘always thinking too much’ could not do anything but secretly and seriously falling into his mind once again.
Big Bang went to Japan for their Love and Hope Tour. Usually, when they were in Japan the ‘GDYB’ were especially close. They felt more comfortable to show their affection in public. However, this time was a bit different.
Jiyong, on the other hand, noticed the unusual Youngbae. Knowing the way of his boyfriend thinking, he decided to give him time to figure out whatever it was by himself first. If Youngbae took it too long, he would talk to him.
Youngbae could not let the thought leave him. No matter how much he tried to busy himself with rehearsing, he could not let it go. Fortunately, he could leave the thought alone when he was on stage and gave out his best performance.
The longer Youngbae kept thinking about it, the more uncomfortable he got. Finally after a week, he went to Jiyong during one of their rehearsal.
“Jiyong,” said Youngbae seriously but hesitantly.
“Yes?” answered Jiyong. He was waiting for it. If Youngbae did not talk to him today, he would make him talk by tomorrow. He was not so happy to see his boyfriend thinking and keeping a slightly distance from him.
“Can I ask you a question?” asked Youngbae.
“Of course,” said Jiyong. His mind was working so hard to see if he had done anything to make Youngbae like this.
“Are you cheating on me?” asked Youngbae.
“What!” Jiyong asked back. He did not think he heard it right.
“Are you cheating on me? Are you seeing anyone?” asked Youngbae. His voice was getting lower and lower. He should know better than anyone that Jiyong did not and would not cheat on him, but he could not help asking.
“Are you crazy, Youngbae? Where the hell do you get such a stupid idea and how dare you asking me this?!!” shouted Jiyong angrily.
“The song,” whisper-like said Youngbae knowing he had already made another mistake. But it was his nature and he could not change that Youngbae arguing in his mind.
“What!!” shouted Jiyong. He was surely not happy with the question but he did want to know why his stupid boyfriend asked him so. The way Youngbae talked did not help at all. He could not hear especially with his angry ears.
“The song,” said Youngbae more loudly.
“Youngbae!” shouted Jiyong because he could not hear it clearly.
“The song,” said Youngbae almost like a shout.
“What song?!” asked Jiyong confusedly.
“You always write a song about yourself, don’t you?” asked Youngbae, “and now you are writing a song about cheating. I’m not the one who cheats so..” Youngbae could not finish it. When he said it out loud, the thought seemed to be more and more ridiculous. Jiyong would never do that to him.
BANG!
“Ouch!”
Jiyong hit Youngbae hard on his head.
“I’m sorry,” said Youngbae knowing why he was hit.
“Yah!” shouted Jiyong into Youngbae’s ears, “If only I’ve knew that you are stupid, I would not have fallen for you this hard. Babo!”
“I’m sorry,” said Youngbae taking Jiyong’s hands in his so that he did not get another hit. “I just love you too much,” he said guiltily.
Jiyong did not expect to hear such a blunt confession. He was speechless and blushed.
“What about the song?” asked Youngbae. He wanted to know where his boyfriend got the idea.
“Use your little brain, ‘Babo Baby’,” said Jiyong.
“I’m so stupid,” Youngbae sang part of their hit song.
Jiyong shook his head slightly, sighed and said, “The song is for Myungsoo hyung. It would be weird if I wrote him some love song.”
“I see,” said Youngbae feeling relieved. “What about my song?” he asked. He could not wait for the GDYB project to have the green light.
Thinking for all those songs he had made for Youngbae, Jiyong automatically said, “They are all love songs, aren’t they?”
Before Jiyong knew it, Youngbae gave him a quick peck on the lips and happily said, “I know. I love you too.”
