I think it would be fine to have most days. It's just rice and tuna and a bit of seaweed. I'm sure Japanese people eat it all the time. Just don't buy it after 2pm...this is when I think it starts to get a bit dicey.

I love sushi,

For lunch I will eat two of the long rolls, I feel that is a good size,
I hope it doesn't screw you up or else i am in trouble as well
