Professor Miguelito Loveless became a Nazgul while the One Ring was in the possession of Gilderoy Lockhart. Loveless stole the One Ring from Gilderoy. Professor Dumbledore, in turn, stole it from Loveless (and has made it 'Happy Happy Joy Joy', which cracks me up completely

Ring!Mun said something about planning to make 'new, improved' Nazgul rings, but that won't happen for a while since she's taking a break from RP.
