I'll be an art slave to anyone who can help me install oC 3.03e Plus on my computer.

I'm using Vista and can't run the .exe for oC 3.03e Plus. As it's installing, it cuts out and then gives me this error:

D: I'm sorry I have no solution, but the wording to that error message is very accurate. Vista is not adequate for running most things, unfortunately.
