One suggestion (not CSS-related, sadly) is to provide, if you can, sample photos of the various types of product you can provide (the different sizings in actual size, and badge/mirror/magnet, made from the same product) so people know what they're getting.
The first interview is very keen - keep up the great content!

Soon as I have thought of a suitable background design I think I shall give you my custom for teh awesome "I'm not a geek, I'm a lvl 70 necromancer" badge I want. What size do you suggest for this amount of text? Will it fit on the smallest one? I'd like a small one...

The tiniest badge will probably not size the text very visibly from a distance, but I can do a quick mockup and see if you like it?
