ooh, thanks for this! conan had key lime pie for the very first time last year and discovered he loves it -- we buy them from the store on occasion, because i keep forgetting to go find out how to make one.

yeah, i sort of knew it was an easy thing to make, but i can be awfully lazy. :)

Sounds great - I'll have to make it some time.

Except, tomorrow night I get home at ~5:30 from lab and the folks start coming around 7. So that leaves me 1 1/2 hours to eat something for dinner (I can't just eat cheese straws and ambrosia and count that as a proper dinner) and also sweep all my various and sundry potions and creams off the bathroom counters (so I don't look totally obsessive if someone needs to use the bathroom).
(And I see it takes an hour to set once it's made. Pity, it would have been an ideal thing).
