My last pack I had decided was my last pack (of course, there were dozens of those, I'm sure) and then Friday my throat was hurting so bad I had no desire to smoke, and Saturday was about the same, I so figured I'd go ahead and run with it

Bryce (my boyfriend) took Chantix for a while which really worked for him, but if pot made you depressed Chantix might as well (it's listed on there, but he didn't get depressed--just really fucked up dreams). I've heard chewing gum works for some people. Some people gain weight. Some people start exercising. Just try to figure out a way to substitute smoking in a way that's both beneficial to you and helps distract you from the cravings. Anyway, keep it up!

And pot mostly made me depressed because I was smoking it several times a day :)
