You can, if you want to go to that person's personal LJ and then leave them feedback. The DBS, which was a public service, is being held ransom, cus talia's a dumb bitch (I hope she sees this!) and is all wishy washy cus EVERYONE owes HER something (nevermind her shitty business practices and whining every five minutes to not do something..)
This is the same girl who FORGOT I had a review to do, then when I posted it, flipped out. Now she's hiding in the shadows pulling strings. She's a shitty incompentant Sailor Moon boss, who's going to get fucking moon dusted in a matter of time (or so we hope).
