Why can't there be actual native speakers in American shows and movies?
Nothing against Thomas Lennon (who plays Klaus in the latest HIMYM episode) but his German is incredibly hard to understand for real Germans. And the woman playing his sister sounds like a Scot and not someone from Leipzig ...
I had the same problem with the old couple in the A-Team movie who sounded like some pre-recorded voice from a navigation system *sigh*
