1) If you marry someone that will be employed by a government program and will be earning a fixed monthly stipend, it's probably a good idea to work out before you get married how you will be living on that stipend so as to avoid getting into financial difficulties within a month of getting married

Under no circumstances should you invite husband and girlfriend to live with you and expect that his girlfriend will eventually get sick of living with you and your husband and you'll get your husband to yourself again.

yes, unfortunately, one of my coworkers. it's the scandal of the week in my office. she actually called to tell us this, along with the baby name. we all went "wtf?"
