Over a week at one go this time, and nary a complete day away from the computer. We need to get Pollyanna into good habits! She's going to struggle to remember all this lot and it may be that some are conflated in her memory, but let us give her a chance. Nearly a week at one go, because I have been away from home again.

Wednesday
Well it was Valentine's day and I was part of the mindless mob for the first time in many years. 
Hypocritical? Maybe.
Made me feel good? Oh yesh.

Thursday
Relatively early wake up, but didn't do anything much.
And guess what? I refuse to feel guilty about this one.

Following a suggestion from the most anti-blog person I know, the public part of this journal is dedicated to the Pollyanna report.

Today, Pollyanna notes that:

My BMI has fallen to below 30 - no-one can now call me obese.

Better still, the nurse reckons that my large frame means I'm not even really overweight.
