My pets don't know the difference between my girlfriend and a bunch of pillows under the sheets.

Awww... that's cute. :)

My stance is and always has been, the pets can sit/lie on whatever we sit/lie on. Bed, couch, chair, toilet (? if they want to lol, bathtub, and floor (duh) are all yes. Table, countertop, desk are all no.

Since I'm the one asking, I better answer.

Two cats and the dog are welcome. We have a third cat I banish in the basement. He's a biggun and will eat all the food. He is also scrappy with the other cats and likes to push stuff off counters. The others lay on us. The piebald cat lays on my girlfriend and stares at her all night. The tabby roams. He likes to lay on me and knead my stomach. It pisses off my gf when I pretend its a "paw-job"

We shoo them away for sex. The dog has to be put on another floor. If she's in the bed, the staring is creepy. Also, her bouncing up and down during sex makes us laugh too much.

Yes. The cats (all three of 'em!) and the dog are both welcome, just not at the same time. Most nights, the dog sleeps in her crate and the cats sleep in the bed, but sometimes I lock the cats out of the bedroom and let the dog up if she's been especially good.

The cats usually take off when sex starts happening, and the dog sleeps with us infrequently enough that the question hasn't even come up yet. But I imagine we'd just pop her back in her crate. When my BF and I got together we were in college, living in a frat house with a zillion random animals, and I kept fish for a long time, so animal eyes on us doesn't even register any more, lol

Yes to cats in the bed. We sometimes allow them to stay when we get frisky. Other times they are just inappropriate and sniff around where they don't belong or run across us.

If it were up to me I'd say no, but since I can't be bothered to shut my door during the day the cat gets on my bed when I'm up. I've found poo smears and litter on my blankets/sheets and it disgusts me. I try really hard not to think about what I'm not seeing.

He won't sleep with me though because I panic in my sleep if something is holding down my legs. He's tried laying on me to be catapulted across the room one too many times. Now he sleeps elsewhere. And my dog has never been allowed in the bed.
