LMAO, the red kool aid is very clever. In Colorado we have the Make My Day law, where if someone is on your property uninvited you have the right to use deadly force. This is kind of like that - if a dog is trespassing on your property, you should be allowed to defend it using humorous force.

Also want to add that if someone said, "well you have a dog it's not like it's a big deal" I would definitely respond with "Uh...yeah that actually makes it more of a big deal." Her dog could have some illness that can be spread through poo. Or, my dog might be bigger than her dog and if her dog is dumb enough to go up to the fence, it might get eaten by my bigger dog.
