sewing!!

I've been sewing!! Haha, I'm so dorky.
I made this shirt out of a stoplight reading program t-shirt from 1999. Haha, it was a kids small so I had to serge edges and add pieces. Twas fun.
This is kinda stupid. It was a boxy white t-shirt and then I took it in on the sides, fixed the sleeves and added the tie thing on the bottom.
I made this from a pattern and I ♥ it. I really suck at using a sewing machine though, so my mom had to help. A lot. Yay for baby fabric.
Yesterday me and Karren (sekretagentchik) went out and tried to find sparkly laffy taffy. It is the best candy EVER. Here's our trip: Walmart (they didn't have ANY laffy taffy, LAME!!) then Allens (grocery store, didn't have any), Chevron (we found 3 here), 7-11 (we found 3 there!), another Chevron (didn't have any :( ), then to another gas station (and they didn't have any :( ).
Mwah ha ha ha ha. My life is so nerdy. I ♥ it.
