Pain in the Neck!!

Nope, I'm not referring to my husband, or anyone for that matter. I do in fact have a pain in my neck. I sprained my neck yesterday while putting on my makeup...LOL. I wasn't doing anything amazing I just looked up into the light and whammmm PAINNN!!! So all last night was spent alternating Icy Hot, and a heating pad on my neck. I'm also on four
