It would appear that my blade cannot keep any sort of edge now.  I suppose that I am fortunate in that it is still metal, but I am not so practiced in the use of bludgeoning instruments.

It also seems that my appearance has been altered, though I remain recognizable.

I much prefer my own hair to this.

Your body has been changed? [well that shuts up her internal anger about her father's quarterstaff being turned into a big Lego stick.]

Asking if you are all right is a futile question, I suppose.

It is changed entirely in small details, though there are many of them. Do not fear for my health.

It is as if I was intended to become human again, but the change ceased while half done. I find it offputting, but my abilities appear to be intact.

I cannot imagine how my appearance relates to this, however.

Why would your appearance change? I mean, that's just rude. I'm sorry about the sword. I think the only sharp thing in the house now is the fruit knife.

I do not know. I appear more human, but not entirely so.

What has happened to them?

That's really rather odd, I have to say. I can sort of understand how all the weapons have vanished, but why would people's voices and such change?

They've all turned to rubber. I think we'll just be eating out until this is over.

Perhaps it is merely another whim. Some of the occurrences in this place seem to make sense, others do not. Perhaps only from a certain point of view.

Very strange. What has happened is highly inconsistent.
