okay this has been bothering me for a while.
in most tuts i see around here everyone says "fill layer blah blah blah #HEXCODEEEEE" how do i put in a hex code?

(i have PS7)

On the right side where you have your 2 colors (it's black and white by default), click on one of the colors and a color picker box will pop up. On the bottom and to the right of the color picker thing, there's a box with a '#' before it. Copy + paste the hex code into that box.
