Okay so, first and foremost. I have a new layout! You all know my devotion to Gossip Girl, but In Plain Sight is my newest favorite since I saw the pilot a couple of weeks ago. Seriously - imagine Veronica Mars grown up as a US Marshall. Oh snarktastic

I think this episode, once I watch it, is going to be the HARDEST on me considering Anne is like literally my historical hero.

I heard her scene was utterly amazing and when I watch it? even though I KNOW what happens? I'm still gonna wind up balling. It's so freaking sad *SIGH*

Natalie Portman kinda blew me away in the Other Boleyn Girl too. I thought she was much better than Scarlette. but eh. anyway off topic.

Oh man, mine too. I was trying to prepare myself before I sat down to watch it, but yeah, about 5 minutes in, I was already crying. Natalie Dormer just played it with such grace and brilliance, I think actually her entire performance of Anne is so unique, as she played her really not as I've read/seen done before. She was a much more sympathetic Anne than I expected. I really was like "oh, this is the girl who is the beginning of the end" but in her first episode, I was absolutely blown away.

SIGH, I will miss her so so sooooo much next season. And no, I am not a fan of Jane's. :p The scene is incredible, probably one of the most brilliant pieces of writing and acting/etc I've seen.

I actually haven't seen the OBG, I'll have to look for that when it comes out on dvd.
