i know a LOT of businesses that do that- my aunt showed up for her THIRD interview for earl's without her make-up because she was running late.. and they didn't hire her because of that. (she'd been in a car accident so her face was a little scarred, which was what the make-up was for.. to hide them)

yeah, i go in all the time just to chat with them

if a place hired all good looking guys, their business would be crap.
