As I'm putting on my coat this morning, Kevin looks at me and says, "Hey, ya know, looks like your coat is fitting you more loosely than before." Wooo! Healthy eating is working (and also, makes me feel less like total crap all the time). Next step, finding time to get my arse to the gym, sign up, etc.
