reverse engineering FTW!
Last night, I very nearly managed to successfully reverse engineer the Firefly's sweet potato pecan pudding (my absolute favorite thing there). My first attempt (a recipe cobbled together from a few different recipes) was very, very close - just a little too sweet and not crunchy enough on the top. I'll be making another batch for Thanksgiving dinner with a couple of modifications, and if all goes well, I'll post the recipe. Yay!!!
