Basking in the sun...and loving it!

It's hard to believe that our annual holiday here in "the desert" is more than half over...we've been here three weeks yesterday and leave for home in only two weeks.  I've never seen Bob so happy  as he is here...he loves everything about it...the weather, the scenery and our neighbours who have become our friends over the last 5 years...yesterday

LOL...you're right! We rent...and may need to find a new place for next year as our owner wants to raise the rent on the grounds that "he's done renos over the last year which now puts his place on a "silver" lever...NO renos have been done over the 4 years we've been staying here...there is a new couch and chair this year but that is not a reno and it was very badly needed...we will not return here if the price goes up...it's not the money but the principle of the thing...we do NOT want to leave this circle but will have to if necessary (we're looking at other possibilities in this circle)...we know if we had to choose another area in this complex that we would still get to have good times with the neighbours here but we feel so at home we just really don't want to leave.
