ahem.  in other news:

exams have been, well, exams.  besides the fact that it was painfully long, english wasn't actually too bad.  physics... well, we always knew i wasn't going to do well on that one.  and spanish... well, we always knew i wasn't going to do well on that one, either.

Bleh, exams. School could be really fun if they'd quit testing on everything. Ugh.

So what's so blarghreallykindofawkward about church on Sunday? And what are you interviewing for on Monday?

My youth minister of 1 1/2 years has had a really hard time-- our previous minister had been the leader for over thirty years-- and the group has really gone downhill. She announced last Sunday that she's leaving to be a full-time mom. Thus, tension.

Monday I'm interviewing with an admissions counselor for Washington and Lee, a small liberal arts school. I guess they have to see if I'm as articulate in person as I try to be on paper.

english wasn't bad at all! although, writing solid pages was a teensy bit rough on my hands.

my favorite is "el tange de roxanne." ooh! and "diamond dogs" is pretty sweet too.

I was listening to the soundtrack all yesterday, while studying. I figured that if I was singing it my head I might as well be listening to it.

"el tango" is absolutely positively my favorite... I kept pressing back.. back.. back.. whenever it would finish. I like "Hindi Sad Diamonds" too. Ooh, and "the show must go on."

So basically the whole movie.

oh, my friend, there are so many things that make me squee. normally, i just repress the impulse, because it makes me sound like, well, a squee-er. but vm hasn't had a new episode since before christmas, and i was really, really excited. :)
