No matter how boring, your words are still important to people who read them and empathize with you. Thank you for writing this, and I hope you share your more of your thoughts.

I wish there was that magic piece of advice I could give to pull you out of your relaps - I searched for it for years, I read every book on anorexia, scanned papers for articles, magazines you name it but at the end of the day it comes down to one person only - you. You can have all the hospitalizations, therapy, dieticians, Doctors, unless you are so overwhelmingly determined there is no point whatsoever. Think about your life 5 years from now if you continue as you are or if you make the change...which is best ( ... )

i want to add my support to all these brilliant guys comments. sharing all this is after all what this is about and yes, in turn its helping others.
one of the links below i also recommend, not least for its writing and insights, and the skiing connection you might enjoy!
howver i have no advice, but i do know that you can do it...you ARE a legend!!
i wonder if one day you'll be sitting typing with one hand with a tiny baby feeding off you, as I'm doing now and will think how it kinda all makes sense.

relapse...inevitable...not really 'if' more when...because relapses have to happen, I read somewhere its usual to relapse a number of times, so as its part of the course don't be hard on yourself. my husband's got a favourite fork too...he's used it for nearly 32 years.
