It always amazes me when I see people so incredibly burnt and its not just a one-off mistake (we've all been there).
Parents are so contienous about ensuring their little ones are covered yet they dont think of the damage they do to themselves.
The recent public acknowledgment that some sunscreen-free sun is good for you (as there are an increase of cases of people who have covered themselves for years and now suffer from extreme lack of vit D/melanin (spell?) and the serious consquences of that), may do more harm than good as ppl may not bother to cover up at all.

I believe for some 'tanorexia' does become an illness, an obsessive illness which they cant get just stop. Reading stories about young women who literally 'couldnt survive' without going on the sunbed is v much like some OCD's. Just like anorexia is more than a desire to be thin, for some being tanned is more than a desire to be brown.

Now where did i put my suncream....
