OMG! That's ME on You Tube...

This is part of an informational DVD made for Primary Care Dr.'s and Hospitals. It was filmed in the summer & I've lost 15 more pounds since then. Also, this was filmed the day before I went into the hospital for surgery. I was soooo sick and in pain, hence the (very) dark circles under my eyes. Thank you! The change in both my appearance and well being has made it all worthwhile. Losing weight is still work, but I really feel like this time I'll never slip back.

Thanks, you're too kind. The dark circles under my eyes were the most shocking part of my appearance to me. I don't think I look that drawn out usually. Hopefully, I'll get a more flattering pic up soon. :D

I think my Aunt Kathy thinks the "C" spelling, "Cathy," is more common. Folks have misspelled her name a lot, too. {wink, lop-sided smile}
