static like whoa!

so i don't know if anyone else has been experiencing this or not, but i have the biggest static problem ever. everything i touch i shock. i have shocked my phone off like 3 times. that's right, i touch it and it short circuits and turns right off. also, i have shocked my computer like 6 times and the mouse fucks up so badly. my hair is completely
