My minivan is 10 years old and has 144,000 miles on it. Rusty wheel wells, dented hatchback, disgusting interior (due to my having children), etc. But we paid cash for it back in 2004 and it's so nice not having a car payment. Do I ever understand what you mean and how you feel. It all piles on at once it seems. Houses are sink holes. Cars should last forever. Utopia much?
