I love museums. And this one I was very excited to come to. I’ve always heard of, but never been to, the museum of National Artist for the Visual Arts Ben Cabrera in Baguio City. He uses his catchy nickname, too-The Bencab Museum.

spicy tuyo pasta

I love seafood pasta and after reading about "spicy tuyo pasta" I thought I could improvise and use anchovy fillets in olive oil. Added lots of paprika and chives, it was a success! Next time I'll make it really spicy.

We could get tuyo here, but it's not that easy...

That's great! I think, taste-wise, anchovy is a good substitute. Of course, nothing beats the dried fish goodness of tuyo.
