Yesterday I had to tell someone she had to leave. It wasn't even my call but, I had to have a say on the matter.

What baffled me most was how she lasted this long. It's a horrible The Office kind of thing where someone just comes in and out and isn't noticed for the better part of the year -- until she screws up royally. Once... Then twice... And
