Well, our first meeting with O'Sensei went pretty well. He is a wonderful man with, as our waitress pointed out, "Tiger Eyes." It's fascinating to listen to him talk about his experiences; he was 28 years old in 1953 in Okinawa. Not only is he the Grandmaster, but he's trained in Shiatsu massage as well! Astonishing and inspiring. VERY

1st time I had it, I thought 'ewwwww, gross.... let's go eat cheeseburgers after we leave here...'
2nd time I thought, 'eh - I really really want to like it, but this is gross, maybe I shouldn't base my decision on harris teeter sushi...'
3rd time I thought, 'nope, not eating it, gross, maybe I'll have a couple bites, eh, it doesn't make me want to retch anymore'
4th time I thought, hey, this tempura roll is good... umm... and raw fish is not too bad...
5th time I thought, Ummmmm.... let's go and try it one more time, it's was 'ok', not amazing like mexican, but palatable...
6th time, I thought - 'hey, this is actually really good, and I like it enough to eat enough to be full...'
