I like Elton best, and Jethro second best. (Mind you, I like Jethro Tull better than Elton John. But Jethro has the Beverly Hillbilly reference, so it got docked points. :-)

I was sharing this with T. T. says he looks like he has a pompadour flash-of-white on the top of his head. Which makes T. suggest "Buddy Holly", but the song name is tough.

Song name: "That'll Be The Day?" "Bo Diddley?" "Brown Eyed Handsome Man?" "Good Rockin' Tonight?" "Peggy Sue Got Married?" If you go with the latter, you could call him "Boy Named Sue," or just "Sue?" Or "Buddy," from Buddy Holly.
