Husband: But I don't want to learn how to play catch!!!
Child: Yeah! Uncle John is coming over! Can Uncle Jeff come over too so we can play touch football?
Husband: You're all insane! We were supposed to watch Babylon 5 reruns tonight and then look at B5 figurines still in their original packaging -- I am not playing touch football, damn it!

I couldn't make the choice between going into a hurricane shelter and leaving Saffie or staying outside. (Okay, that's not true. I don't think I could go into the shelter and leave my baby.) I can't understand people who just throw their pets away. It's disgusting and immoral.
