I sit here thinking about the little things. Tomorrow. Maybe one more day ahead. And I never know if this is living in the present, the now. Or am I avoiding it?
This year is a pilgrimage. I am searching. I had momentarily forgotten.
I am not yesterday or tomorrow. I am here and now.
I woke up from a late afternoon nap (I use the term nap loosely, as actually I conked out for well over an hour) feeling groggy and found it quite difficult to shake off sleep

I've been awake since 2:30am just thinking. Possibly because I overslept (had a nap during the day and slept in before that) and I had a lot of swirling, whirling, cyclical thoughts and they needed to be thought out. I'll just aim for an early night tonight and hopefully won't be too exhausted tomorrow
