heh heh, thank you! Not bad for something just thrown together form other costumes, eh? The apron was from my collection (Alice inspired). The petitcoat was one my mum made for a devil costume ages ago, it had a tear and I fixed it. The peasant blouse, bloomers (not shown), skirt, and hosiery are all from my Little Red-riding Hood costume. whee! I'm glad you like it.
The con was so much wickedly awesome fun!! (ha, wordy enough?) I really can't wait until August! This year is shaping up to be grand.
I will do a proper con-report once I have the rest of my pics edited. There are so many talented cosplayers at this con, and it'll be great to share them. *heart*
(I have ears cause I'm a catgirl, silly! ^_^;; My tail is made from a Dressew scrap, pipe cleaner, and safety pin, yeah! ooh, and my collar is a bell on a ribbon, cheap and dirty crafting is go!)
And the ears and the tail and the ankle doodle (!) and the stockings (holy crap the sexy stockings with the LACE ON TOP!) and the crinoline and LACE EDGED parasol and and and...
*Falls over from yee!*
A) Yes indeed, DO tell about the con itself.
B) Did you do three costumes as initially intended? If so, the masses demand pictures!
ah heh, thanks doll. I'm glad you approve of the details :)
*waves a restoring handkerchief over your face*
A) I shall when I upload the rest of the pics.
B) Nay. First day I wore my MLP print peasant blouse with that blue pleated skirt from when you bought the pink pleated one. Second day was a sort of half-assed Hinata from my plain closet. Twas comfy, and most people could see what I was going for.
PS: It's the shoes. Roundtoe wedge heels are divine.
