There are a few things I haven't openly discussed that have transpired over the last few months. The biggest of those is that I quit my job as an academic advisor in August. I'm currently teaching online classes for two schools from the comfort of my own home and I couldn't be happier :) No morning commutes, no late nights and no more corporate

My grandmother loves their spinach, too. Sarah likes the mac-n-cheese. If I go there, I usually end up getting a "carver" sandwich on whole wheat.

So glad to hear you do not have Celiac. That's excellent news~! I wonder why you get sick. Maybe you just have a snobby stomach. ;)

Congratulations on being gluten tolerant! :D I wish you luck getting a new diagnosis, but at least being able to enjoy so many of the things you gave up is good news. :)
